Reso 2805 RESOLUTION NO. 2805 MDNUIE ORDER) OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO FINDING THAT A PROPOSED PIZZA RESTAURANT USE IS OF AN EQUAL Cfft J P.S INTENSIVE NATURE THAN THE PREVIOUS SIT-DOWN RESTAURANT. APPLICANT: Nunzio Cicero ADDRESS: 10460 Glenview Avenue, Cupertino, California 95014 SUBMITTED: April 29, 1986 LOCATION: Southwest corner of Stevens Creek Boulevard and Blaney Avenue FINDINGS: The Planning Commission finds that the proposed use will not generate traffic significantly in excess of that generated by the previous use and that the seating, parking, employees, hours of operation, take-out percentage, and building area are essentially the same as the previous use as verified on the Intensity Comparison Chart (attached) and in public testimony before the Planning Crimmicion. The Commission reserves the right to review this interpretation should the use create parking or traffic problems not previously experienced at this site or operate beyond 10 pm. Additionally, the Commission findings require that the liquor license be conditioned (if possible) to limit beer and wine sales in conjunction with food service only. There should be no sale of beer and wine independent of food sales. These findings are made with respect to the proposed pizza restaurant based upon very specific operating conditions as outlined herein. Any subsequent operator of this facility shall be required to submit for a similar interpretation prior to commencing operation.
