RESOLUTION No. 2815 (Minute Order)
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A MODIFIED FRONT YARD ORIENTATION
FOR A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH
SECTION 5.27 OF ORDINANCE 1240
FINDINGS:
1) The Planning Commission finds that the westerly boundary of
Assessor's Parcel Number 342-44-16, )mown as the Lands of Duane and
Dolores Shore, is interpreted to be the front lot line.
2) In accordance with Section 5.27 of Ordinance 1240, the Planning
Commission finds that designation of said westerly boundary as the
front lot line improves the design relationship of the site to
existing improvements on adjoining, residentially-used parcels, and
facilitates protection of a seasonal drainage creek traversing the
subject site.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of June, 1986, at a regular meeting of
the Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by
the following roll call vote:
