YAiviAKHYrH orn DEPLrry Applications 3-U-88 and 8-EA-88 Ken Kay Associates (Tandem Computer) At their meeting of June 6, 1988, the City Council of the City of Cupertino considered the request for a use permit filed by Ken Kay Associates (Tandem Computer). The project is located on Tantau Avenue between I-280 and Pruneridge. The project is described as an application to refine a previously approved Master Use Permit for the Tandem Computer campus, including transfer of develcpnent credit between building sites, establishment of shared parking allocations between various buildings, establishment of street and public open space/landscaping standards, and expansion of the Master Use Permit boundary to include sites on the east side of Tantau Avenue. The decision of the City Council was to approve said project. The Planning Commission, by filing a Negative Declaration on this project on August 15, 1988 has determined that the project will not have a significant impact upon the enviroiment and therefore, no Environmental Impact Report has been prepared. The Negative Declaration has been prepared pursuant to the provision of State and City guidelines. A copy of said Negative Declaration is available in the office of the City Clerk, 10430 S.
