OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
APPROVING A MINOR AMENDMENT TO AN APPROVED
DEVELOPMENT PLAN, CONSISTING OF THE
ADDiTiON OF THREE TEMPORARY MODULAR STRUCTURES
AND THE RETENTION OF ONE ADDITIONAL STRUCTURE
SECriON I: FINDINGS
The Planning Commission finds the proposed structures constitute a minor
amendment of the approved development plan based on the following:
1. The structures are minor in comparison to the property's size (23
acres) and the many other activities and structures on the
property.
2. The property has excw, s parking.
3. The proposed structures are not excessively visible fruit the
public street.

Property Owner: Pacific Gas & Electric Company
Location: Northeast corner of Freeway 280 and Blaney
Avenue
SEc:riON III: CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
1. The approval is based on Exhibit A of Application 9-Z-81.
2. This approval is limited to the installation of three (3) modular
structures and retention of one (1) additional structure. Three of
the structures shall measure approximately 32' x 20' . The remaining
structure shall not exceed 40' x 40' . The structures shall be
architecturally consistent with the photograph submitted with the
application.
3. The structures are approved for a maximum period of 3 years which
shall expire on September 8, 1989.
