All that real property situated in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, and
Being all of Parcels One, Two and Three of the lands of the City of Cupertino as shown in the Condition
of Title Guarantee provided by Old Republic Title Company, dated September 4, 2024, Order No.
2202075463-PL, Guarantee No. A04016-CTG-332055, and also being a portion of Parcel Four of the
lands of the City of Cupertino as said Parcel Four is shown in the Condition of Title Guarantee provided
by Old Republic Title Company, dated September 25, 2024, Order No. 2202075464-PL, Guarantee No.
A04016-CTG-332177, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of Stelling Road (width varies) from which point a found brass pin
with a punch set in concrete within a monument well bears along said centerline, North, 37.07 feet, and
from which point another found brass pun with a punch set in concrete within a monument well bears
along said centerline, South, 222.93 feet, as said monuments are shown on that certain map entitled Tract
