What Does the Organization Do?
•Ecovalley is a youth-led creative environmental
organization based in Silicon Valley that combines
upcycled art and environmental science education
to drive sustainable change. We transform
discarded materials such as safety flags and vehicle
sunshades into innovative environmental sculptures
and reusable products to raise awareness about
environmental issues and promote sustainable
actions. Our approach is simple—use art to visually
highlight problems and science to offer practical
solutions.

try different ways to approach
environmental activism. We use art to show
the problems and science to find solutions.
Why should Teen Commission Highlight the
Organization?
•We want people to know there are unique
youth organizations like ours working on
environmental issues. We also want to share
Ecovalley’s way of solving these problems
with the community.
