CC Resolution No. 9893RESOLUTION NO. 9893 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED AND AUTHORIZATION FOR UNDERGROUND WATER RIGHTS FROM JOSEPH PATRICK KRAMER AND JAMES KRAMER, APN 342-12-025, 22701 STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD WHEREAS, Joseph Patrick Kramer and James Kramer have executed a "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization", which is in good and sufficient form, quitclaiming all their rights in and authorizing the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, to extract water from the underground basin, underlying that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B". NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" so tendered; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" and this resolution. This assignment, conveyance and authorization is made for the benefit of lots within the above described plat and description and shall bind the owner of said lots within said plat and description.. L. Stapp, et al, dated March 18, 1948, recorded March 18, 1948 in Book 1587 of Official Records, Page 272, Santa Clara County Records; running thence North 89° 39' West along the said Northerly line of Stevens Creek Boulevard 75.00 feet; thence leaving said last named line and running thence North and parallel with the Westerly line of the land so described in the Deed to said stapp et al, 140.00 feet; thence running South 89° 39' East and parallel with the said Northerly line of Stevens Creek Boulevard 75.00 feet; running thence South and parallel with the Westerly line of the land so described in the Deed to said Stapp et al, 140.00 feet to the point of beginning and being shown upon that certain Map entitled "Record of Suntey of property of Phillip Lombardo", which Map was filed.for Record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clam, State of California on June 20-, 1949 in Book 23 of Maps at Page 22.
