(Application No(s): M-2024-003, ASA-2024-003; Applicant(s): Related California (Cascade Zak); Location: 21267 Stevens Creek Boulevard; APN #326-27-048) Recommended Action That the City Council adopt the proposed draft resolutions (Attachment A & B) to: 1. Adopt the First Addendum to an EIR and approve the Development Permit Amendment (M-2024-003); and 2. Approve the Architectural and Site Approval Permit (ASA-2024- 003). Background: Staff’s responses to questions received from Councilmembers On May 5, staff received the following questions via email from Vice Mayor Moore regarding Item #13: Q1: May we please have the expected revenue estimate for the retail portion if there is no reduction vs. with reduction proposed. Staff Response: While the exact type(s) of proposed retail for Westport has not been communicated to the City, the applicant has indicated a coffee shop/bistro type of business for the 1,000 square- foot space is anticipated. For comparison, the aggregated annual sales tax for all reporting coffee establishments in Cupertino was between $85 and $15,799 over the last five fiscal years (2020- 2025).
