City's website after the meeting.
Oral public comments may be made during the public comment period for each agenda
item.
Members of the audience who address the legislative body must come to the
lectern/microphone and are requested to complete a Speaker Card and identify themselves.
Completion of Speaker Cards and identifying yourself is voluntary and not required to

MOTION: Vice Chair Eschelbeck moved, seconded by Commissioner Wolf to
approve the minutes as presented.

2. Capital Improvement Programs Fiscal Year 2025-2026- and Five-Year Plan (Michael)
NO ACTIONS TAKEN
3. Stevens Creek Boulevard Corridor Vision Study (Schroeder)
MOTION: Commissioner Wolf moved, seconded by Commissioner Madhdhipatla to
recognize Cupertino current progress toward improving Stevens Creek Blvd and
recommend to the City Council to accept the Stevens Creek Boulevard Corridor Vision
Study and Steering Committee Action with these qualifications:
• The City maintains final decision-making authority regarding any projects or
recommendations contained within the Vision Study.
• The BPC reaffirms the City's commitment to the provisions contained within
Resolution 19-089.
• All projects within the City Cupertino, including any intersection modifications,
will conform to the City's standard processes, plans and procedures relating to
public outreach and approval.

STAFF AND COMMISSION REPORTS
4. Staff Update and Commissioner Activity Report (All)
• Confirm which day Walk to Wherever Day Event should occur (May 15-17)
• Remind Commissioners of the Bike Energizer Station (sign up, location, date,
and time).
• Commissioner Gerhard Eschelbeck confirmed there was nothing to report at the
last Safe Routes to School meeting.
o Suggest Safe Route Team to attend commission meetings periodically to
provide suggestions and updates.
