What Does the Organization Do? (cont) •We host fun, gamified workshops to ensure that everyone actually enjoys the learning, and is engaged throughout the workshop. We focus on teaching what traditional schools often leave out, like how to budget, apply for jobs, and speak up with confidence. How Does the Organization Engage Participants? •We engage our members by making the workshops we teach extremely enjoyable through gamifying the learning. For example, we would teach budgeting through jellybean sorting, investing through basketball, and interview prep with improv games.
