Ordinance No. 08-2033 City Attorney~~,~` ORDINANCE NO. 08-2033 AN ORDINANCE OF 'I'HF CITY OF C:UPER"I'INO AMENDING SECTIONS 2.18.040 AND ?_.1 8.080 RELATING Z'O "I'IIL C.:ITY AT"TORNEY TIIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI"fY OF CUPER'I'INO DOES IIFREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS: AI~~IENDM FONT'S Section 2.18.040 is hereby amended to a•eacl as follows: 2.18.040 Attorney-Staff Rrl~~tions. Periodically, but not less than once per year, the City Attorney and the City Manager will meet and confer in good faith regarding the allocation of the city Attorney's time among City Departments. 2. Section 2.18.080 is hereby amended to read as follows: 2.18.080 At~e•eements on I~m»loyment The teens and conditions of employnicnt o£ the City Attorney shall be established by ordinance or resolution. Any employment agreement between the City and the City Attorney slxall contain a provision for performance evaluations of the City Attorney to be conducted by the City Council at least once per calendar year. Publication Clause "I~he City Clerk shall cause this ordinance to be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the City within 15 days after its adoption, in accordance with Goverrxri~ent Code Section 36933, shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance and shall cause this ordinance and her certification, together with proof of publication, to be entered in the.
