ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES,
FROM CUPERTINO HOMES, LLC, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY,
JOLLYMAN LANE / ORLINE COURT, APN~s) 359-22-060 AND 359-22-061
WHEREAS, Cupertino Homes, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, has
executed a dedication which is in good and sufficient form, granting to the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, the fee title to certain real property for roadway
purposes, situated in the City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibits "A", attached
hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situated in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, consisting of approximately 14,395 square feet, more or
less, located at Jollyman Lane/Orline Court:.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Cupertino
accept said grant so tendered; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said
dedication and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 21st day of October 2008, by the following vote:
