The director reports his decision to the City Council and Planning Commission in time to allow any councilmember or planning commissioner to appeal the decision within fourteen calendaz days. Application: • Minor modification of 4-ASA-94 (Boston Chicken) at 10385 S. De Anna Boulevard. Description: The applicant, Boston Chicken, is proposing to extend the trash container wall to enclose the existing service azea. The wall will match the existing wall which is 8 ft. high and constructed of masonry blocks. Action: The Director of Community Development has approved the minor modification request with the following findings: • that the enclosure is minor in scope; • that the enclosure will not be visible from any public right-of--way; and • that the enclosure will improve the appearance of the rear of the building by hiding the service area.
