We hereby certify that we are the owners of or have some right, title or
interest in and to the real property included within the subdivision shown
upon this map; that we are the only persons whose consent is necessary to pass
a clear title to and subdivision as shown within the distinctive bordered
Line.
We hereby dedicate to public use, and offer to dedicate to the City of
Cupertino, all streets and portions of streets not heretofore existing and
designated as Granada Avenue and Pasadena Avenue as shown upon this map, said
dedications and offers of dedication are for any and all public uses under,
upon and over said streets and portions thereof.
We also hereby offer for dedication to public use, easements for any and all
public utility facilities including poles, wires, storm sewers, gas, water and
heat mains and all appurtenances thereto over, under or on Lot 1 which are
hereby delineated and designated as "P.S.E.'S" (public service easements). The
above mentioned public service easements are to be kept open and free from
buildings and structures of any kind except public service structures,
irrigation systems and appurtenances thereto, lawful fences, storm sewer
structures, private sanitary sewers, balconies, patios and all lawful
unsupported roof overhangs. Said Lot 1 f's not offered for dedication for use
by the general public but is intended for the exclusive use of the owners of
Lot 1 and their licensees, visitors, tenants and servants for recreation,
utilities, drainage, ingress and egress.
We also hereby offer for dedication to public use the right-of-way and
easement for ingress and egress of emergency vehicles over, upon and across
the strips or parcels or Land designated as "E.V.A.E." (emergency vehicle
access easement).
We also hereby offer for dedication to public use easements for storm drain
purposes under, on or over those certain strips of Land delineated and
designated as "S.D.E." (storm drain easement), said easements to be kept open
and free from buildings and structures of any kind except public service
structures, lawful fences, irrigation Lines, and storm drain structures.
