If this is the case, then the new privacy protection plan with the Camphor trees is acceptable. I'll go ahead and place the newly updated plan in the planning file for reference. Please note that the privacy tree planting will have to be inspected by a certified arborist or licensed landscape architect to ensure the trees have been planted per the new privacy protection plan. Additionally, you will need to record a covenant prior to final occupancy that indicates these trees are protected trees.
