The proposed posts connecting to the wall along the front property line cannot exceed a height of 3'. Plans show the wall at 3' and the posts higher. Both need to be no higher than 3' Response: Lower down the post to 3' and wall fence at 2'-10". See sheet A.2. 2. Impervious services may not exceed forty percent of the front yard area. Plans indicate the impervious surface exceeding this amount. In addition, the driveway seems to be off -center from the garage door (a little further to the right side). Align the driveway with the garage door, and you will be able to reduce the impervious surface in this area. Please reduce the impervious surface in the circular driveway so it does not exceed 40% of the area in the front. Include calculations of this area and pervious area. Response: Revise the site plan and add the impervious area calculation on sheet A.2. 3. The site plan on sheet A.2 should include the location of the windows on the second floor and indicate the area where privacy planting is required (shown by a 30 degree angle on each side window jamb as noted in section 19.28.070 of the Zoning Code. Illustrate all proposed trees including species and size. I am including a list that shows the privacy screening requirements. Response: Add required information listed above on the site plan. See sheet A.2. 4. A new front yard tree will also be required for this proposed residence. Response: Add a new 24" box St. Mary Magnolia tree. See sheet A.2. S.
