APPROVED PROJECT This approval is based on a plan set entitled, "Sun Residence Addition, 10474 Rampart Avenue, Cupertino California 95014", consisting of five sheets dated " August 10, 2008", except as may be amended by conditions in this resolution. 2. SIDE YARD SETBACK COVENANT Prior to final occupancy, the property owner shall record a covenant on this property to inform any future property owner that the existing five-foot setback along the left (east) property line is the conforming side. 3. CONSULTATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS The applicant is responsible to consult with other departments and/ or agencies with regard to the proposed project for additional conditions and requirements.
