LOCATED ON SO. DE ANZA BXJLEVARD, APPROXIMATELY 0.0071 ACRE
WHEREAS, California Fabricare Institute, Inc. has executed a Grant of
Easement For Public Utility Purposes which is in good and sufficient form,
conveyin;J to the city of CUpertino, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, easement over certain real property for public utility
purposes, situate in the city of CUpertino, Jrore particularly described in
Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof which
is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the city of CUpertino,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, consisting of
approximately 0.0071 acre located on So. DeAnza Boulevard.
NOO-, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city of CUpertino accept said
grant so teooered; and
IT IS FUR1'HER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to record said Grant of Easement and this Resolution.

All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California described as follows:
That portion of Lot 38, shown upon that certain map entitled "Tract No. 584
Felton Park Subdivision Unit No.2", which Map was filed in Book 20 of Maps
at page 52, Santa Clara County Records lying easterly of a line parsllel
with and distant westerly 63.00 feet measured at right angles from the monumented
centerline of De Anza Boulevard; as shown on the attached plat which is by this
reference made a part hereof.
Containing 0.0071 acres more or less.
Together with a fifteen foot (15') temporary construction easement, for the
purpose of installation of public improvements and public utilities lying
westerly and contiguous to the street and public utility easement described
above; as shown on the attached plat which is by this reference made a part
hereof.
Containing 0.0385 acres, more or less.
Said Temporary Construction Easement to expire one year from the date of
execution of this document.
