STEELING ROAD, AMENDED MAP OF TRACT NO. 9983 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed stormwater management facility easement agreement between the City of Cupertino and owner, Stelling Palms of Cupertino, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, 10855 N. Stelling Road, Amended Map of Tract No. 9983, and said agreement having been approved by the City Attorney; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the aforementioned agreement on behalf of the City of Cupertino.
