Consider and approve the list of uxifunde:d projects for the FY 2009-2010 Capital
Improvement Program.
BACKGROUND
During the process for adoption of the FY' 2009-2010 Capital Improvement Program
(CIP), the Council considered a number of additional projects although most were either
dropped or not funded. Following adoption of the FY 2009-2010 Budget, the Council
requested that staff include these projects in 1.he "Unfunded" category of the CIl'.
As staff was uncertain as to which of these; projects should be included, beyond those
projects which were completely dismissed by the Council or withdrawn by the proposer,
the list is provided below with the suggested Fiscal Year in which they might appear.
Staff requests that the Council consider the list and approve those projects that the
Council wishes to include in the unfunded category of the FY 2009-2014 CIP.
