A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING FOR DECEMBER 1, 1997, TO CONSIDER
CANCELLATION OF WILLIAMSON ACT CONTRACT; THE ROMAN
CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF SAN JOSE, APN(S) 342-05-056
AND 342-05-060, PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF 1-280 AND WEST OF
FOOTHILL BOULEVARD AND RANCHO SAN ANTONIO COUNTY PARK
AND STEVENS CREEK BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, a petition for cancellation of contract relating to land in the City of
Cupertino under land conservation contract has been filed by The Roman Catholic
Archbishop of San Jose; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to conduct a public hearing to consider
disestablishment of an agricultural preserve;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Cupertino hereby sets December 1, 1997, at the hour of 6:45 p.m., or as soon as thereafter
as the matter can be heard in the Council Chamber of the Cupertino City Hall, 10300
Torre Avenue, Cupertino, California, as the time and place of the public hearing on the
petition.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is directed to notify the
applicant by certified mail of this hearing and to publish notice of said hearing in the
Cupertino Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 20th day of October, 1997, by the following vote:
