Ordinance 076ORDINANCE N0. 76 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, TRANS- FERRING CERTAIN DUTIES FROM THE CITY TREASURER TO THE COUNTY TREASURER OF SANTA CLARA COUNTY AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 51501 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The duties of collecting special assessments and making disbursements for the Corte Madera Highlands Local Improve- ment District, and performing all incidental acts in connection therewith, as provided in that certain Agreement heretofore sub- mitted to the County pursuant to Resolution No. 115, are hereby transferred to the County Treasurer of the County of Santa Clara and any other County Officers functions that may be included as provided by law. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its adoption as an Urgency Ordinance pursuant to Section 3693, subsection (c) of the Government Code.
