AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4537 WITH REGARD TO BUILDING PAD
LOCATIONS (APPLICATION 2-Z-94)
WHEREAS, an application was filed by Emily Chen (Application 2-Z-94) for a
rezoning to modify the existing Planned Development Residential P(RES) Zoning District
with regard to building pad locations.
WHEREAS, upon due notice and <<fter one public heazing, the Planning
Commission recommended to the City Council that the rezoning be granted; and
WHEREAS, the property to be rezoned is presently zoned Planned Development
Residential P(RES).
WHEREAS, a map of the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit A as a
proposed amendment to the Master Zoning Map of the City of Cupertino.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED AS FOLLOWS:
cti n 1 That the amendment is df;scribed in Exhibit B; and that Exhibit A
attached hereto is made part of the Master Zoning; Map of the City of Cupertino.
ction 2 This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days after
its passage.

Condition No. 2. BUILDING PAD LOCATIONS
Building pad locations are modified as follows:
First Floor Setbacks: The first floor rear setbacks on Lot Nos. 2 and 4, are hereby
modifed to 10 feet for garages. The remaining; portion of this condition remains in full
effect.
