Pursuant to the City of Cupertino's facility use policy, adopted by the City Council, a nonprofit organization providing a service to the community shall receive a waiver of fees relative to their event as has been done in previous years. RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends that City Council waive the room rental fees in the approximate amount of $300.00.
