NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said deed so tendered; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the <:ity Manager is hereby authorized to execute the Certificate of Acceptance of the property on behalf of the City of Cupertino.
