A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES FROM
LIANG LEE, FRANK SENG FAT LIONG AND EASY FORTUNE INVESTMENT
AND DEVELOPMENT LLC, APN 357-16-021,10066 BYRNE AVENUE
WHEREAS, Liang Lee, Frank Seng Fat Liong, and Easy Fortune Investment and
Development LLC have executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes which is in
good and sufficient form, granting to the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, easement over certain real property for roadway purposes, situate in the
City of Cupertino, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached
hereto and made a part hereof, which is as follows:
All that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of
Santa Clara, State of California, located at 10066 Byrne Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Cupertino accept said
grant so tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to record
said grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 3ra day of November, 1997, by the following vote:

public safety, welfare or eonverdence, the hereinafter described property which is situated in the
City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, and as described as follows:

Ail that certain real property situated in the City of Cupertino,
County of Santa Clara, state of California, being a portion of
Section 50 as shown upon "MAP OF SUBDIVISION 'A' - MONTA VISTA"
which map was filed on April 11, 1917 in Volume (Book) "P" of
Maps at Page 20, Santa Clara County Records, described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of Granada
Avenue and Byrne (formerly Buena Vista) Avenue;
Thence along the centerline of Granada Avenue N89°49'E 120.15
feet;
Thence along the easterly line of said Section, South 30.00 feet;
Thence along a line which is parallel with the centerline of
Granada Avenue and distant therefrom 30.00 feet, right angle
measure, S89°49'W 70.21 feet;
· Thence along a curve to the left, having a radius of 20 feet,
through a central angle of 89"49' an arc distance of 31.35 feet;
Thence along a line which is parallel with the centerline of
Byrne Avenue and distant thereform 30.00 feet, right angle
measure, South 60.88 feet to the southerly line of said Section;
