CC Resolution No. 09-147 Quitclaim Deed & Auth for Underground Water Rights, Empire AveRESOLUTIOPf N0.09-147 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEED AND AUTHORIZATION FOR UNDERGROUND WATER RIGHTS, I3LESKOM LLC, 10215 AND 10185 EMPIRE AVENUE, APN 326-2:?-041 AND APN 326-22-042 WHEREAS, Bleskom LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, has executed a "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization", which is in good and sufficient form, quitclaiming all its rights in and authorizing the City of Cupertino to extract water from the underground basin, underlying that certain real property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California more particularly described as follows: 10215 Empire Avenue, Parcel 2 of Parcel Map 828-M-35 10185 Empire Avenue, Parcel 3 of Parcel Map 828-M-35 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" so tenderE;d; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the; City Clerk is hereby authorized to record said "Quitclaim Deed and Authorization" and this resolution.
