o The lots maintain asemi-rural General Plan Residential Land use designation
o Future development will not be connected to the sewer system as the closest
connection site is too far away as to economical at this time
o The Environmental Health Department has reviewed and approved the placement
of the leach fields
o The leach fields are 100% replaceable and are located away from the existing Oak

o Core sampling was done to help map out where leach fields could be located
o Closest fault is the Monte Vista fault
o Consulting geologist reports madE~ recommendations concerning future
development of residential found~itions and setbacks from the slopes

o Potential undergrounding of electric service for future development
o Recording covenants on each lot, :notifying property owners that zoning regulations
and septic system constraints limit the size of the house and number of bedrooms
per house
