Future homes will have fire sprinklers and/or special construction requirements ^ Trees ^ Noise Traffic 0 161 trees potentially affected by the development were surveyed by the City Arborist 0 8 protected trees are requested for removal o There are no significant noise impacts o There are existing driveways to tr.e site o The driveways on site to be wide enough accommodate fire vehicles ^ Additional Discussion o Requirement on future development for public easements along the Regnart Road frontage for pedestrian and bike t;°affic if feasible.
