10. Quitclaim Deed 10495 N. De Anza Blvd.RESOLUTION NO. 10-032 CRAFT A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU1`iCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A QUITCI-.AIM DEED, HATCO ASSOCIATES, LLC, 10495 N. DE ANZA BOULI?VARD, APN 326-33-110 WHEREAS, Eldon R. Hoffman, a Developer, entered into an Agreement with the City of Cupertino on May 20, 1977, as a condition of development for the property described as parcel ? on that certain Record of Survey filed in Record Book 316, page 47, Santa Clara County Recoxds; and WHEREAS, the provisions of the Agreement required that certain conditions be fulfilled, including but not limited to a dedication of real property on Bandley Avenue and contributions to street improvements along Bandley Avenue and 1\gariani Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Agreement was filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara and the covenants in the Agreement were required to run with the Land; and WHEREAS, the current owner of the property, F[ATCO Associates, LLC, has requested that the City of Cupertino quitclaim all xights, title, and interest in the Agreement; and WHEREAS, all conditions in the Agreement have been fulfilled and the City has no further interest in the Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino execute said "Quitclaim Deed" so tendered; and IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the ~~ity Clerk is hereby authorized to record said "Quitclaim Deed" and this resolution.
