Roadway Easement
All of that certain property situate in the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara,
State of California described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly line of Orange Avenue were the division line of
Lots 22 and 23 of Block 3 converge at said Easterly line of Orange Avenue as shown
on that certain Map entitled, "Resubdivision of Subdivision No. 1, Town of Monta
Vista", which Map was filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of
Santa Clara, State of California on April 1 1 , 1917 in Book "P" of Maps at page 24;
thence proceeding along said division line East 10 feet; thence South 75.00 feet; to a
point on the Southerly line of Lot 20 as shown on said Map; thence proceeding along
said line West 10.00 feet to a point in the E=asterly line of Orange Avenue and the
Southwesterly corner of said Lot 20; thence proceeding along said line and the
Westerly lines of Lots 20, 21 and 22 as shown on said Map North 75.00 feet to the
point of BEGINNING.
Containing 750 square feet more or less anti being a portion of the aforementioned
Lots 20. 21 and 22.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMEI~fT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES,
FROM MARCI PROPERTIES, LLC, 10056 ORANGE AVENUE, APN 357-17-058
WHEREAS, Marci Properties, LLC, A Delaware Limited Liability Company, has
executed a Grant of Easement for Roadway Purposes, which is in good and sufficient form,
granting the City of Cupertino, County of Santa Clara, State of California, easement over certain
property for roadway purposes situate at 100`6 Orange Avenue, APN 357-17-058 more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Cupertino accept said grant so
tendered; and
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the C'.ity Clerk is hereby authorized to record said
grant and this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Cupertino this 6th day of October, 2009, by the following vote:
