State of California, being a portion of the Lands of Joshua. and Shabnam Richardson
as said Lands are described in that certain Grant Deed recorded April 24, 2008 as
Document Number 19824554 on file in ~rhe Office of the County Recorder of said
Santa Clara County, said Lands being more particularly described as follows:
BeQinnin~ at a point on the northeasterl.~ line of Santa Lucia Road (40 feet wide),
also being a point on the southeasterly line of said Lands of Joshua and Shabnam
Richardson, said point distant thereon North 45°05'30" East 20.00 feet from the
most southerly corner of said Lands of Joshua and Shabnam Richardson; thence
along said northeasterly line of Santa Lucia Road North 44°54'30" West 61.54 feet
