Application No.: U- 2009 -08, ASA- 2009 -09 (EA- 2009 -11) Applicant: Ken Rodrigues (FBJ Homestead Associates, LLC) Location: 20620 Homestead Roac'' Use permit and Architectural and Site approval to allow the demolition of 95,666 square feet of commercial space and to construct approximately 52,124 square feet of new commercial space consisting of four new commercial satellite buildings and three new major tenant spaces at an existing shopping center Note: The project description has changed slightly; the new construction square footage has changed from 52,124 square feet to 147,790 square feet. For a total of 205,124 square feet. The address shown above is incomplete. Addresses 20580 and 20680 Homestead Road are also included in this proposed development. A Tree Removal application has been added to the project. Future agendas and notifications will reflect these changes. ❑ Geologic o There are no new geologic impacts ❑ Air Quality o There are no new air quality impacts ❑ Trees O 120 trees are proposed to be removed and replaced O 12 trees are to be replanted o Replacements will handled in accordance with the City's Tree Ordinance ❑ Noise o There are no new noise impacts o Standard mitigation efforts will be used during construction to minimize the noise impacts on the surrounding neighbors Traffic o A parking study was conducted to determine peak parking needs.
