Portal Avenue Tentative Map to subdivide 0.618 acres into two single family residential lots of approximately 11,703 and 14,016 gross square feet with an exception area of 1,211 square feet in the City of Sunnyvale; A Variance to allow a lot width of 55 feet in an R -1 zoning district where 60 feet is required; Pre -Zone and Re -Zone 0.028 acres from the City of Sunnyvale to pre- R1 -7.5 and 0.590 acres to R1 -7.5 Note: The project description has changed slightly; the lost sizes have changed from 11,703 to 11,737 and from 14,016 to 13,982. The Applicant, Pam Yoshida, is representing the property owners, Westwood Investments. The end of the Zoning application description has been changed to add "from A1-43 to ".
