"Map of Monta Vista First Addition", which Map was filed for record in the Office
of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, on April 11,
1917 in Book P of Maps, at Page 23., more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line of Santa Clara Avenue, said point
of beginning being the easterly corner of Lot 22 on said Map; thence along the
southwesterly line of Santa Clara Avenue, North 24°50'00" West, 75.00 feet to
the northerly corner of Lot 24 on said Map; thence along the northwesterly
property line of said Lot 24, South 65'10'00" East, 5.00 feet; thence parallel to
