Location: 22810 Mercedes Road
Modification to a Hillside Exception (EXC- 2010 -07) to construct a 2,223 square foot single family
residence on a substandard lot with slopes greater than 30 percent
o Geologic
o Retaining walls on site will be reinforced to prevent erosion or potential
landslides
o Newly constructed retaining walls will need to be constructed of natural
materials
o The foundation existing on site will remain and be built around to maintain
stability
o The new foundations will be constructed according to requirements as listed by
the Geologic consultants and inspected by Public Works

o A neighbor spoke in favor of the project
