9724OWNER'S STATEMENT
We hereby state that we are the owners of, or have some right,
title or interest in and to the real property included within the
subdivision shown on the map; that we are the only persons whose
consent is necessary to pass a clear title to said real property;
and we hereby consent to the making of said map and subdivision
as shown within the distinctive border line.
We hereby dedicate to public use easements for any and all public
service facilities including poles, wires, conduits, gas, water heat
mains and all appurtenances to the above, under, upon, or over
those certain areas of land designated as "PUE" (Public Utility
Easement). The above mentioned Public Utility Easements are to be
kept open and free from buildings and structures of any kind
except public utilities structures, irrigation systems and appurtances
thereto lawful fences, and all lawful roof overhangs. Areas
designated "PUE" may be paved, planted, or improved by the
construction of private roads, sidewalks, patio slabs, or fences.
Such areas shall be kept clear of buildings of any kind excepting
those buildings subsequently designated upon a recorded
condominium plan. The Public Utility Easement "PUE" shown hereon
is solely for the purpose of providing utilities to the land within the
distinctive border
We also hereby dedicate to public use easements for emergency
access purposes over land within the distinctive border line along all
driveways and drive aisles as they may exist from time to time.
The private streets, Park Green Drive, Town Center Lane and Civic
Park Lane contained within this Tract are not offered nor accepted
for dedication for public street purposes.
There is also shown on the hereon map, an easement for ingress
and egress puposes over Lot 8, designated and delineated as
"I.E.E." This easement is to be kept open and free from buildings
and structures of any kind, except irrigation systems and
appurtenances thereto, lawful fences and all lawful unsupported roof
overhangs. The maintenance, repair, and/or replacement shall be
the sole responsibility of the Civic Park Master Association, as
determined by the appropriate covenants, conditions, and
restrictions. Said easement is not offered, nor is it accepted for
dedication by the City of Cupertino.
There is also shown on the hereon map, an easement for parking
puposes over Lot 8, designated and delineated as Parking Easement.
This easement is to be kept open and free from buildings and
structures of any kind, except irrigation systems and appurtenances
thereto, lawful fences and all lawful unsupported roof overhangs. The

of the lot owners benefited, as determined by the appropriate
