The Committee discussed the various sites around the City and the positive reasons to
initiate incorporation. The Committee agreed that the sites posed no environmental
impacts.

o Retaining frontage landscaping, maintain "mature" landscaped look
o Numerous trees in front and along perimeter to remain. Various
species, ranging in size from 24" to 48" in diameter
o 21 trees in the rear (where the parking structure will be) are slated for
removal. Various species, ranging in size from 7" to 32" in diameter.
o Standard construction practices will be employed for tree protection
o 17 trees will be replanted around the new building
