FINDINGS:
1. The configuration of the parcels is not conducive to good development.
2. The fractionalization of large commercial properties is not conducive
to coordinated development.
3. The additional dedication required for the widening of Vista Drive would
render Parcel 1 too small for development.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd. day of March, 1971 at a regular meeting of the
Planning Commission of the City of Cupertino, State of California, by the
following roll call vote:
