CC Resolution No. 06-111 RESOLUTION NO. 06-111 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CUPERTINO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT WITH ANDY A. TU AND LILY L. MIAO, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS TO AN UNDIVIDED 1/3 INTEREST AND CAI -XING XIE, A MARRIED MAN AS TO UNDIVIDED 1/3 INTEREST AND ANDY CHENG, A MARRIED MAN AS TO UNDIVIDED 1/3 INTEREST ALL AS TENANTS IN COMMON, 10690 MERRIMAN ROAD, APN 342-16-120 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council a proposed improvement agreement between the City of Cupertino and developer, Andy A. Tu and Lily L. Miao, husband and wife as to an undivided 1/3 interest and Cai -Xing Xie, a married man as to undivided 1/3 interest and Andy Cheng, a married man as to undivided 1/3 interest all as tenants in common, for the installation of certain municipal improvements at 10690 Merriman Road and said agreement having been approved by the City Attorney, and Developers having paid the fees as outlined in the attached Exhibit A; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the aforementioned agreement on behalf of the City of Cupertino.
