follawing requirem�'its:
a) That the use or uses are in oonformance with the General Plan of
the City of Cupertino, ar�d are r�at detrimental to existing uses
or to u_ses specifically permitted in the zone in which the
Pr'o�osed use is to be located.
b) That the property irrvolved is adequate in size ar�d shape to
a000�uriodate the proposed use. •
c) 'It�at the proposed use will nat generate a level of traffic over
ar�d above that of the capacity of the existing street system.
. d) Zl�at the propoEed use is otherwise not detrimental to the health,
safety, peace, morals ar�d general welfare of persons residing or
workirig in the neighborhood of such pro�osed use.s, nor injurious
