Subject: Agenda Item 23 - Video /Audio Service Fees
Date: April 5, 2011
The fee is based primarily on labor. Staff time includes database search, cueing, dubbing,
monitoring, labeling, packaging, and recording the transaction. This may involve anywhere
from a half -hour to an hour of staff time per request.
Staff did a comparison on what other cities were charging for similar services, and the fees were
adjusted accordingly.
