We have the same issues with Amy Cheng's property on San Juan Road. In her case, she received both planning and building approvals from planning, but no house has been built because of the same issues you are dealing with. Those planning and building approvals are set to expire now, if they haven't already. Bianchi's lot is essentially unbuildable until the vehicular and utility access issues are dealt with first. It is pointless at this time to move forward with a hillside development application and I will be closing the Hillside 1 Exception file in 2 weeks, June 20th, and refunding the unused environmental review and noticing fees and deposits. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. You and Mr. Bianchi are welcome to reapply for planning approvals in the future once the easement issues are addressed so this project can move forward. Colin Jung City of Cupertino 2
