data uncoveted during the course of my investigation and in anticipation of

Director Lee Yarborough. the City's nt:ed for a real estate appraisal
report to support a grant request from the Federal Department of
Housing and Urban Development.

the unIncorporated area of Santa Clara County, Is zoned A-I,

of the Horae Ranch) on the south, a plonic ground on the north,
and a high school and 10'If-cost houEJ1ng on the east, and that there
are many developments In the locality whIch involve much greater
density. Th~se tacta, Inaddltion to the unique nature of our
property,hav0 rendered it vlrtu&lly unsalable.

1, PRIVACY PROTECTION COVENANT
The property owner shall record a covenant on this property to inform future
property owners of the privacy protection measures and tree protection
requirements, The precise language will be subject to approval by the
Director of Community Development. Proof of recordation must be
submitted to the Community Development Department prior to final
occupancy of the residence.
2. ADDITIONAL PRIVACY PLANTING
At the neighbor's request, the applicant has agreed to plant additional
privacy plantings (in addition to existing trees) along the northeast corner of
the property. Given the proximity of the existing oak trees, the applicant has
the option of planting either Holly Leaved Cherry (Prunus Llicifolia) or
Laurus Saratoga along the northeast corner of the property. The revised
landscaping plan shall be reviewed and approved by the Planning
Department prior to issuance of building permits.
