UFC 1001 Tenant shall have access to a minimum of. 2AlOBC minimum rated fire extinguisher(s). Travel distance to nearest extinguisher shall not exceed 75 feet. UFC 1002 Tenant shall have access to one Class "K" type fire extinguisher, within 30 feet of commercial cooking equipment.
