Plans&Permit Fees Cupertino Kitchen Design(CKD)will provide all plans and permits as required by the local city or county governments. Demolition-CKD will remove and dispose of existing kitchen cabinetry,countertops,appliances, flooring, lighting fixtures and necessary sheet rock. CKD will remove wood paneling and carpet in nook. Windows . Windows-G`KD will provide and install 1/4040 True Frame aluminum garden window in the bronze color, this will include all necessary siding repair,trim and required parts and pieces. Plumbing,Electrical,Mechanical,&Appliance Install Plumbine CKD will install and connect all plumbing fixtures provided by owner. Run new copper supply line to refrigerator location. Electrical CKD will provide and install under cabinet fluorescent light fixtures,convenience outlets,and up to four additional circuits as required by code, and wire kitchen as required by new design(CKD to install owner provided:.ack lights). Mechanical CKD will provide and install all duct work for the range downdraft ventilation. (appliance Install CKD will install and connect all kitchen appliance provided by owner. Insulation and Sheetrock CKD will provide and install insulation on exterior walls as required by code. Sheetrock,tape, and texture to match existing as required.
