access key for placement in the building fire department key box. UFC 902.4
This plan check does not permit the use, storage or dispensing of hazardous materials, operations
or waste. The tenant shall provide a completed HMIS to the fire department's hazardous
materials specialist for review and comment. Furthermore, a CLOSURE PERMIT is required prior
