addresses have been demolished: 10320,10350, & 10370 S De Anza Blvd and 20430,
20440, & 20366 Town Center Lane. Condos, Townhouses and retail (Silverstone, Taylor
Woodrow's condos were addressed and sent to you 3/31/05) are being built. See the
attached list for the new addresses and unit numbers. Please update your records
accordingly.
The new address will take effect immediately. If you have any questions, please call

Ray,
The only thing I can approve are the unit numbers which were faxed to you
early on. I do not show a unit number 1620, they had 1619 on their original
application. The City had nothing to do with their assigned unite or
arking #'s. All I can do is say we approved the unit numbers 1101 through
818 excluding 1620 because they have not filled out any paper work to
orrect unit 1619 to 1620. 1 faxed Mike DeCote the paperwork but have never
received it back.
