This easement would provide for the installation of a private storm drain system in order to allow water from the back of your lot to flow to Dolores Avenue. • In order to accomplish this task, Dolores Four recorded an easement deed on May 25, 1995, which provided a private storm drain easement for the installation and maintenance of a storm drain line across a ten foot wide section of Dolores Lot No. 1 for the benefit of your lot. We then installed, as provided in the approved "Plans for the Improvement of Dolores Avenue", a 6" ductile iron pipe from Dolores Avenue to our common property line, at which point the pipe was plugged. As requested by the City of Cupertino, I am writing to you today to notify you that we have completed our work related to this issue and would like to deliver to you, under this cover, a copy of the Easement Deed as it was recorded with the Office of the County Recorder, County of Santa Clara, on May 25, 1995.
