On 2/02/05 inspected (6) receptacles at kitchen and found no code
�) violations. Inspected new wiring at sub panel to kitchen and found no
code violations. Inspected switches at kitchen and found no code
violations.
Inspected all wiring installed by previous electrician. Found code
violations and corrected the following:
Provided more staples and stapled wires within 6 inches of boxes and
every 3 feet. Inspected romex in wall and romex entering boxes.
Checked for final terminations at panel and checked for proper polarity
at GFI's and all work is per code.
