A construction trailer for a new apartment project, "The Hamptons" is now located on the
• building site for the apartments which is N.Wolfe Road and Pruneridge Avenue.
For the purpose of receiving mail the construction company, Irvine Apartment
Communities, has been using the address of 10750 N. Wolfe Road. This is the official
notification that this address will be used by the construction company for the purpose of
receiving mail while the apartments are being constructed. Please note that the actual
apartments have yet to be addressed by the City.
Please see attached drawing,which shows the actual entrance to the site which is off of
Pruneridge Avenue. This address is in effect now, and will be used while the apartment
building(s) are under construction.
